The Home page is the screen that displays when you first log in to Virtual SME. From here you can access all the features and functionality of VirtualSME.

Features of the home page include:

• Navigation menu - located in the left column and highlighted above in red. Gives access to the modules available in Virtual SME, using drop-down menus. See Related Articles at the foot of the page for links to overviews of each module.
  The menu also give you instant access to the Chatbot from outside the Home Screen. Simply click New Chat.
• Management menu - located in the top right of the screen, and highlighted above in blue. Gives access to the Executive Dashboard, Remediation report, Logs, and also your individual account Profile. There are also links to this Help Centre, and a calendar with live, Customer-Adoption Sessions.
• Chatbot - powerful, real-time Chatbot that answers your network queries. Highlighted in yellow above. See Using the Chatbot for details.
