Use the VirtualSME Chatbot to enter real-time queries about your network, data centre and cybersecurity infrastructure. You can type in your own queries using Deep Fusion, or use our pre-programmed queries andedit them as required.

LThe Chatbot operates across all VirtualSME modules, including those in Infrastructure SME and those in Cybersecurity SME.

Deep Fusion

Click on Deep Fusion to activate multi-layered reasoning. The Chatbot searches outside of the immediate network parameters, often with a measure of reasoning based on a variety of sources. 

Multi-layered reasoning might include:

• Querying of internal RAG database (for example config files and vendor documentation).
• Use of external sources, for example validated web scraping.
• Presentation of results with transparent reasoning, citations and confidence scoring.

Deep Fusion is a powerful tool, but it is very important to review citations and confidence scoring to validate responses.

Tips: Remember that you can ask questions verbally using the voice-to-text feature (Microphone icon).

Globe icon - click for language options.

Paperclip icon - click to upload attachments, that can be used as part of your queries. Example might include logs, configuration files or PCAP analysis.

Microphone icon - click to activate voice-to-text functionality.
