Menu option: Logs
The Virtual SME Activity Logs run in the background, enabling you to monitor and troubleshoot system activity.
The colour-coded categories that the Logs report on are:
- Errors - may require action.
- Warnings - action is recommended.
- Success - for information only.
- info - for information only.
- Debug -
- System -
You can:
- Search logs for a specific keyword, a specific log type or the navigation feature that generated the log.
- Use the All Services drop-down to select logs on specific VirtualSME services. All Services is the default.
- Use the Last 30 days drop-down to select logs over a more recent time period, in increments between last 1 hour to last 30 days. Last 30 days is the default.
- Pause or restart the log report using the Play button.
- View or Download the displayed logs as a .txt file using the download button.
