Menu option: Getting Started > Site IDs

Use this option to view and edit Site iDs and details, and create new sites.

To view a site, you can use either the Card View or Table View, or you can search for a Site ID.

To delete a site, click on the dustbin icon alongside the site.

Editing a Site 

To edit a Site, click on the edit icon to display the following screen:

Edit the details as required:
Site ID - edit the name
Site Function - select from the drop-down list
Location - edit the location details
Infrastructure - select one or more check boxes to indicate the site’s infrastructure.

Click on Save Changes when you’re ready.

Creating a New Site

To create a new site, click on Create New Site. The following screen opens:

Complete the screen as follows:

1. At Site ID, enter a name for the site.
2. At Site Function, select the site’s function in your Organization from the drop-down list.
3. At Location, enter the geographical location of the site.
4. At Infrastructure, select one or more check boxes to indicate which infrastructure types are present at this site.
5. Click on Create Site.
