You can ask the Chatbot questions about your network in plain English. For example:
- List all Cisco devices running OS version older than 15.2
- Show traffic between Core Switch and Firewall in Dubai Data Center over the last 7 days.
- Generate an RCA for last week’s outage in the London region.
The Chatbot can process multiple requests in one query, for example:
- List all end-of-life devices and generate an EOX report.
in addition, the Chatbot can maintain context across conversations.
Tips: Remember that you can ask questions verbally using the voice-to-text feature (Microphone icon), or select from our pre-programmed queries using the Configuration button.
