Menu option: Migration > Mop
To create a new migration:
- Click on the plus + symbol to display the New MoP tab. The following dialog box opens:
- At Site ID, select the site on which the device you want to migrate is located.

At Target Device, select the device to be migrated from the drop-down list.
Note that after you select the device, an additional information box displays below the current dialog box with details on the device’s current Status, Type, the date of the Last Config Backup, and the IOS Version.
You also have the option to View Configuration and View Inventory for the device. - At Components to Migrate, select the device component that you want to migrate from the drop-down list. Only components available to migrate are displayed.
- At Collector Agent, select the name of the Collector Agent you want to use for this migration. You can choose by agent name or site-ID. The Agent Status displays.
- At Authentication Profile, select an authentication profile to use for the migration.
- Select a Migration Reason from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Change Ticket number. This is the ticket number that has been raised to carry out the physical migration.
- Enter a Scheduled Date and Scheduled Time for the migration.
- Click on Create & Continue.
